Sylvia, a former dancer, athlete and bodybuilder, found this physically challenging form of yoga a perfect way to recover from a biking accident and years of athletic injuries. After many years of experience and practice she shares her unique philosophy regarding yoga; "Yoga gives you the body you were meant to have."
