Begins with a thorough discussion, body analysis, 1 hour massage and 30 minute introductory yoga assessment on Thursday evening followed by a light dinner. Together we will design your personalised retreat experience, including Massage, Yoga, Nutrition and Detoxification counselling. The weekend ends Sunday after your last yoga session, and your final massage reassessment, followed by brunch. Includes three nights accommodation, all meals and snacks, all yoga sessions, all massage sessions, use of facilities, and taxes. Fee is 1550.00 Euros per person
